• Individual Sound Bath Sessions offer a calming, one-on-one experience designed to help you deeply relax and reset. Sessions may include singing pieces, crystal bowls, koshi chimes, buffalo drums, guitar, piano, and nature sounds.

    Each session is personalized, with requests for specific instruments always welcome. All you have to do is get comfortable and let the sounds carry you into a meditative state, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and at ease.

    Each group sound bath is intuitively guided and thoughtfully curated for the energy of the group. Requests for specific instruments or sound textures are always welcome when possible.

    Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably and simply receive, allowing the sounds to guide the group into a calm, meditative state. Many leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply at ease.

    Offered in person only throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties.

    Designed for 2–15 participants.

    Private events are fully customizable and designed to support relaxation, connection, and celebration. Clients may choose a standalone sound bath or create a custom wellness experience tailored to their group.

    Events may include a 60-minute sound bath featuring singing pieces, crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, buffalo drum, guitar, piano, and nature sounds. Optional add-ons include oracle card readings, light journaling prompts, and guided wellness activities, with up to three hours of total programming available.

    Ideal for birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, bridal showers, retreats, corporate wellness events, and special celebrations!
